To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: You are able to cancel your online membership at any time. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your online account settings. To avoid being charged another billing cycle, you must ensure you cancel your online subscription prior to your recurring payment date, if you do not cancel prior to this date, charges will continue. This is the members responsibility & BARRE ONE are not permitted to issue a refund. If you have processed your cancellation, you will lose access to your membership at the end of your billing cycle. -Payments You will be billed monthly or annually. pending your chosen subscription. You will automatically be billed each month / year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. BARRE ONE reserve the right to change your billing date, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged. Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, you will continue to have access to your online membership to the end of your current billing cycle.. We accept the following payment methods on our Site: Credit Card. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. waitlist. · if a class is full you can add yourself to the waitlist. · you can be added into a class up to one hour before the class starts. · when adding yourself to the waitlist you are committing to attend that class if a space becomes available. · it is the members responsibility to check if you have come off a waitlist overnight. · you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees. · please ensure you have enabled notifications on your app and check your email as no exceptions will be made for no shows. cancellations & no shows. · cancellations of classes must be made more than 12 hours prior to the class start time. This allows for other members on the waitlist to attend the class. · all cancellations must be submitted via the barre one app or the barre one website. calls & texts will not be accepted. · late cancellations will result in loss of class that will automatically be deducted from your memberships or packs. · if you do not show up to your booked class, you will lose your session & be charged a $15 no show fee. barre one reserves the right to deduct the money from your nominated account. · if you are an unlimited member & late cancel you will be charged $15 for a no show. barre one reserves the right to deduct the money from your nominated account. · barre one reserves the right to cancel classes should there be less than 3 people. You will be notified 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. barre one will refund the class & reschedule you into another time of your selection. · barre one reserve the right to change the instructor of the class without notice, in the event that instructor is unable to attend the class.

Membership Terms and Conditions trials: · 2 week unlimited trials are valid for 14 days commencing from your first booked class. all bookings must be made within the 2 week period. your trial will activate from your first booked class. · The “Intro Offer” can only be purchased once per person. · all trials purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients. no extensions will be granted if member does not use the pass in the given time. · all class bookings must be made via the barre one app or directly through the barre one website. casual packs: · packs are valid for either 30 or 90 days commencing from your first booked class. · all classes should be redeemed within the 30 or 90 days period. no exceptions will be made, unless for medical reasons. a medical certificate may be required. · all packs purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients. no extensions will be granted if member does not use the classes in the given time. · all class bookings must be made via the barre one app or directly through the barre one website. · bookings can be made up to 28 days in advanced. rolling membership: · memberships are valid for 28 days, commencing from your date of purchase. · by purchasing a rolling membership you are committing to a minimum of 2 months of auto payments. · members can attend 2 classes per day, unless on unlimited class membership plan · if you have used all your class credits you are welcome to purchase casual classes until your next autopay. · classes not used within the time frame will not roll into the new period. all classes should be redeemed within the 28 days. · all memberships purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients. extensions will not be granted if members do not use the classes in the given time period unless for medical reasons. a medical certificate may be required. · memberships will continue with scheduled auto payments unless notified in writing. · if your monthly payment declines due to card issues, insufficient funds or security ( without prior notice to admin), a dishonour fee of $15 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. you must provide an alternative payment method within 24 hours. · a $15 fee will be charged for every week the payment remains unresolved. · all credit card details for autopay’s must be update via the barre one app or website. --spend change, suspending or terminating memberships; spend changes; · members must have completed 8 weeks on their membership prior to being able to lower the spend. · any changes to lower a spend require a 14 day notice period prior to their next autopayment date. · changes are not able to be made on a monthly basis, members are committing to a new 8 weeks should they change their spend down. · members increasing their spend need to do so before their next scheduled payment, & will be committing to a further 8 weeks on this membership;. suspending. · If for any reason you need to temporarily suspend your membership, barre one requires 7 days’ notice prior to your suspension start date. · suspensions under a 7 day period will not be considered. · no more than 2 suspension periods will be granted over a 12 month period. (from contract start date) · barre one will suspend your membership for a maximum of 30 days. If you require a suspension for medical reasons for a longer period of time, please provide a medical certificate. · anything beyond 30 days is considered a membership cancellation unless agreed upon with barre one. cancelling. · if you wish to cancel your membership, 14 days’ notice must be provided in writing. · we recommend you try to make this fall within your billing cycle. · all communication and certificates relating to suspending or cancelling your membership, can be sent to admin@barreone.com.au · please note that the admin desk is closed over the weekends (saturday-sunday).

If multiple packs are purchased they will remain at the regular pack offer of 5/10/15. there are no refunds on multiple pack purchases. please ensure you are only purchasing one at a time. all spend & gain purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients. extensions will not be granted if members do not use the classes in the given time period unless for medical reasons. a medical certificate may be required. rolling members can purchase a pack to top up their usage, however monthly autopays are not eligible for suspension. spend & gain offers are valid for 30-90 days commencing from your first booked class. classes not used within the required time will expire. All classes should be redeemed within the 30-90 days depending on the pack term limits all class bookings must be made via the barre one app or directly through the barre one website. bookings can be made up to 28 days in advanced.
